Earthy Drink Recipe

Delicious Earthy Juice that will have you feeling so cleansed and hydrated all summer.


Parsley- Rich in Vitamin A, B, C, and K. It is a natural diuretic, which is great for eliminating excess water weight and bloating. Long term, parsley is great for weight and blood sugar level balanced.

Celery- Contain a chemical called Phthalide which is an active ingredient known to reduce sex hormones in the blood and lower cholesterol levels. Celery is an excellent source of fiber which helps promotes digestions.

Lemon- is a good source of electrolyte which helps promote hydration, weight loss, and digestion.

Kale- One of the most nutrient-dense food. It contains an excellent amount of vitamin A, B12( Folate), C, and K and high in minerals. Kale is rich in antioxidants which are known to counteract reactive oxygen species. This serves as a natural protective method for the heart, lowering blood pressure, and anti-inflammatory ability.

Spinach- ALL I have to say for Spinach IRON IRON IRON!


Carrot- Composed of water and good carbs. It contains a great source of beta carotene, Vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants. Carrots are packed with fiber which can help with constipation and improve digestion and promote bowel movement.

Lemon- is a good source of electrolyte which helps promote hydration, weight loss, and digestion

Pineapples- Packed with an excellent source of vitamins and minerals ( A, K, C) and calcium, manganese, and zinc. Pineapples have ant-aging effects and have an enzyme( Bromelain) affects such as proteases that help with the breakdown of food in the digestive system.

Ginger- Popular spice that contains popular bioactive compounds such as gingerol. It contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities. Ginger has been shown to help with nausea, chronic digestion discomfort, reduce blood sugar and cholesterol levels

Tumeric- Ancient spice with bioactive compounds that are antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects in the neurological system. It blocks cytokine from traveling to nuclei that turn on genes that caused inflammation
